The Boyz Are Back, December 16, 2002
Having been a fan of southern rap for a long time, I've been dissapointed with a lot of No Limit releases. That said, I think that this New No Limit is set to jump off, BIG TIME! People slept on Master P's underrated "Gameface", but there is no way they're going to sleep on the 504 Boyz latest, "Ballers". This album is everything that was and is great about the dirty south sound. There are tracks on there for everyone, the lyrics are the best to come out of the south in a long time, and the beats are solid throughout. Each rapper, with the exception of T-Bo (who seems to only have been hired for his race, and is thankfully limited in his appearances) brings a unique, well crafted sound to the album, and the mix is nothing short of incredible. This LP, much like it's infectious lead single "Tight Whips", stomps its way into your ears, and refuses to leave.

Crunk? (Review by Dylan Ross), March 2, 2003
A Kid's Review
Yeah, it's a definite 5 Star right off the bat. I'm particularly fond of Who run This It's one of the crunkest song's I've heard since some of those songs on MP's GameFace album. Also, Tight Whips still remains my favorite track of all. I'm still waiting for T-Bo's No Limit debut to hit the stores. Rumor:It's supposed to be called "Firecracker". But yeah, when I say 5 star, I mean it. Save up your chore checks fellas cause this is another trip to Borders.

New No Limit with new Soldiers!!!, December 14, 2002
After signing Weebie, one year ago, the New No Limit dropped Bounce Hits like "Ooohhhwee", but now they signed Choppa, and one of the best newcomers in the last years: CURRENSY!!! He's doin great Rhymes on that CD, I think the best one is on "Holla". The best Tracks are "Who Run This", "War", "Grab Da Wall" and other Tracks. Master P did good rhymes too, as well as Krazy did. I think that's one of the best No Limit CDs ever!
