The listed product dimension was 6x4x8, but the real dimension when I measured after receiving it was in fact 11.5x7x7. For someone like me who intends to use this for figurines display instead of a football, knowing the real dimension helps. The black base is indeed a stand that can hold a football in place and removable. The product was bubble wrapped in double layers and arrived in good condition. Overall I like my purchase for the price of $9.60 (20% off promo from Amazon).

Was really excited to get this, was actually going to use it to hold our wedding flowers (because it would have been just about right for fit and display abilitity). Opened the package and one corner was chipped! Don't know if this was b/c of poor packaging, rough handling of item during shipment, or just weak manufacturing. Had to return it. Now think I have to try one from another company.
