I really have enjoyed this purchase. I am in the midst of weight loss and I absolutely love having this meal plan. Everyday is something different, it is extremely healthy and it was worth every penny! I have lost weight since I have started the progam and that is with out even exercising. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be more healthy in their eating and for those who like structure. The menu is a bit costly at first but It is worth it.
