Ask for the nutrition label before you buy,
This review is from: Bally Performance Chocolate Whey Protein Protein (1) 32.02-Ounce Container (Health and Beauty)
This is an error on my part, but I decided to buy anyways since the price was good at the time. There is no nutrition information available before you buy the product. I called Bally's and had the run around. I finally gave up and just bought the product because of the price. It's whey protein with sucralose (Splenda). I don't particularly like "fake" sweeteners, but was able to find somebody who didn't mind taking it. Anyways, in case you are wondering, here are some of the ingredients at the time I purchased the product (note: this could have changed if the product was re-formulated...if you are lucky enough to reach somebody, you can call 1-800-876-4446...it's the Bally's consumer division): Protein Blend (whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate), dutch-processed cocoa, natural and artificial flavors, xanthan gum, and sucralose. Per serving: 100 Calories, 1.5g Total Fat, 40mg Cholesterol, 2g Carbs, 19g Protein, .5mg Thiamin, .6mg Riboflavin, .7mg Vit.B6, 2.1mcg Vit.B12, 2.5mg Pantothenic Acid, 100mg Calcium, 80mg Phosphorus, 15mg Magnesium, 40mg Sodium, 180mg Potassium, 150mg L-Glutamine, 150mg Taurine.

I buy this stuff at the gym because it is just easy to grab when i'm thinking about it. I like to have 2 scoops in 12oz of water mixed with a banana right after i work out. Alone, this stuff doesn't taste good at all, and to mix it you must have a blender.
I also put one scoop of this in my oatmeal in the morning. Everyone working out needs whey, and this kind is pretty good. There are others out there with more protien per scoop, but they cost more. 19g compared to 24g. This stuff is worth a try.

This stuff is pretty good. I see one review that said it only has 19g protein per serving. I just got some and they must have reformulated it because it says it has 22g per serving. It tastes pretty good, not the best, but not bad at all. Mixed with water, it tastes like watered down chocolate milk. With milk, it tastes like yoo hoo. One thing I like about this protein is how it mixes very easily. For its price, id say you cant go wrong
