Hard to actually determine how much help it is. I would have to take it on for few months and then off for few and repeat to actually have educated opinion. At least I don't see any negative effects.

I had seen articles and ads about glutamine just about everywhere; from magazines to brochures to the internet. The bodybuilding community has been making a pretty big stink about this amino acid so I decided to do a little research.

Turns out that L-Glutamine is pretty much the biggest thing since Creatine. This wonder supplement does it all, from promoting an anabolic state in your muslces by aiding in the Krebs cycle, to speeding up your metabolism, to even helping in your digestion. It may sound too good to be true, but trust me, all of these features have been backed up by valid medical research.

With all the protein I ingest, digestion tends to not always be 100% for me. Glutamine really helps me in that aspect. Use this along with a good fiber intake and lotsa water, and you should be good.

Muscle recuperation is also great with this product. Just put some in with your protein shake before and after your workout, and you can practically kiss your soreness goodbye.

Great product, kinda expensive no matter what brand, but very much worth it.

I'm using it for a month and the result and i getting great results. Helps a lot on muscle recovery.
