Must-Have
I'm a realtor and rely on my GPS nowadays, but I still keep these street maps in my car at all times, they are absolutely invaluable.

Bait and switch
The seller promised a new book. While the book had not been circulated it was nearly 10 years old and therefore unacceptable as a road atlas I filed a claim with the serller and subsequently with Amazon.com but never received a response
