Great and inexpensive relief for any sort of 1st degree skin burns. Wether the burn is sun, wind or heat induced this provides INSTANT temporary relief. Best part is that it actually promotes healing and you can pretty much use as often as is needed for relief. Get the relief or lidocaine and healing and moisturizing effect of aloe. Nice size bottle for checked travel.

I just came back from Aruba on Wednesday night. On Monday I carelessly sunbathed without reapplying spf. My back was on fire! Thankfully it wasn't sun poisoning, but still was insanely painful. I had regular aloe but it didn't seem to work. My wonderful husband ran down to the gift shop and bought this wonderful bottle. Of course it took a while to kick in and all. It has a very strong menthol smell, like you are applying bengay or something but the menthol gives a nice cooling sensation that I think helps with the sting of the burn. So still in pain I proceeded with dinner plans thinking I would be in misery but didn't want my husband to suffer cause of my stupidity. After about 20 minutes sitting at the table I realized I was able to sit back on my chair without flinching. The next morning I woke up in pain but not nearly as bad as the night before. I applied it right before we headed to the beach, thankfully we had a palapas rented out and I was able to sit under the shade. It helped immensely! I knew when I had to reapply cause the heat alone was killing me. Four days later my back's burn has turned into a tan, funny thing is that my chest was red but never burnt so i never applied the gel and its still red 6 days later! I'm not planning on pulling that stunt again but accidents do happen and I will be sure to have this bottle handy with me should it happen again! I def recommend this!

Purchased this product on vacation for sunburn. Have continued to use it for rash, bites, sunburn. Easy to use and very effective. No effect on cloths and long lasting. Hope to be able to buy it again when we run out.
