I just-- they're just amazing okay? You put them on and can walk normally like, instantly. I went from being all walking on the sides of my feet as awkwardly as possible to being able to walk like a real person. I mean yeah I'm sure my feet were still a teensy bit tender but the fact that I could walk on them at all was amazing. I was getting some wicked muscle soreness from walking weird, ok?
Anyway so the blisters were gone in maybe two days. It was fabulous and I was Saddest Laurie this past Sunday when I got another big blister from walking in crappy socks and it turned out I was out of them, I thought I still had one left over but evidently did use them all in Vegas. I had a lot of blisters back then, ok? It was terrible. Don't hate.
One thing I'd like to point out is that the package illustration makes it seem like these are HUGE, thick pads. I almost didn't buy them because I was wondering how they'd fit between my heel and my shoes. No worries--they are really quite flat and not much thicker than a regular bandaid. They also stay on for days, even after multiple showers.
I can't recommend them enough.
This product sticks to your blister. While they may not be a problem for small blisters that are still intact and have not popped, if your blister has popped and your skin is raw, even under a flap of dead skin, DO NOT APPLY. This band-aid sticks to the blister and when you remove, it will be brutally painful and it will destroy the healing that has occurred.
I have had a blister on the side of my heel for a couple of weeks, leading up to a half marathon. Using antibiotic ointment and band-aids, it had begun to heal nicely. I would use a couple of bandaids during runs, and they would invariably slide off after longer distances. Found this and gave it a shot. Should have known better when the entire application side was adhesive, but I figured J&J knows what it's doing.
It started coming off after less than a day, and it was stuck to my new skin...pulling it off made my blister site and surrounding area of heel look like raw ground beef.
Use a traditional bandaid and put some K-tape over your entire heel. Works like a charm.
Nothing on or in the packaging of these Advanced Healing Blister Band-Aid bandages says anything about not applying them on open blisters. In fact, on the back it says "Sterilized for safe use on open blisters."
DO NOT USE ON OPEN BLISTERS!!!

I love this! It's the best for blisters or just "not so comformtable" shoes. Great for long walks and tough days. Althought it doesn't last much days as it claims.Published 11 days ago by clapb
