As far as i know there is not....from everything i read it seems to be the same but do your own research and decide from there don't just go on what i say...but i am waiting for the uk version right now
One big difference in packaging is that, though the UK BoB BD paper mentions "DTS Master Audio" on the front, the back mentions "Dolby Digital 5.1" instead for some reason - pretty inconsistent and confusing. Regardless, speaking from experience with the UK version, from the frequent mention of DTS MA on several Amazon.uk reviews (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/community-content-search/results/ref=cm_srch_q_pag_rtr_2?ie=UTF8&sort=&idx.all=0&index=community-reviews&excerpts=true&query=DTS&excerptSize=170&fo=&idx.asin=B001DEAAIY&page=1), and from the specs on Blu-ray.com UK (http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Band-of-Brothers-Blu-ray/1527/), I think the UK version does have DTS Master Audio.
I went ahead and put in UK BoB episode 1/2 disc (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003YCOIFY) into my BD player and the "Languages" section in the main menu clearly shows "DTS Master Audio, " as does my receiver. Do we own the same copy, S.Marlowe?

Lastly, I'm guessing by "DTS-HD," R.Quander means "DTS-HD Master Audio." Just wanted to be clear.
I have the UK version. Yes, the UK version DOES have DTS-HD Master Audio. As I said several months ago, the UK version is the EXACT same as the US version. I cannot be more clearer than that. The only difference is that the disc labels and outer cardboard cover (which gets removed and disposed) have those UK ratings. Other than that, the content is IDENTICAL to the US version.
