This model is just perfect for anyone that likes a more hand to hand combat looking gundam. His spikes and beam lariat look awesome and come with enough for every possible pose.
Pros:
-He's very sturdy and very well balanced
-Has some amazing poses and great box art
-Looks great without any painting or panel lining
-Double joints for elbows
-Hands look enormous compared to other models (which I think looks awesome)

Cons:
-At the waist he pops off easily, so be careful when trying to rotate his hips
-Handling around the lower back and hips the way it's put together tend to pop pieces off (easy to put back, but still annoying)
-Unless you get the spikes in perfectly they'll fall out and could be easy to lose
-No weapons(such as swords or guns, I find it a plus but some might find it a con)
-No stand (most do not provide one but i'm just being picky)
-No extra hands and fingers do not move

In the end i'd say that this is a great beginner or intermediate model for someone to build and is satisfying without having to
put in extra effort such as painting.

I hope this doesn't start a building addiction as it was a Christmas Gift to one of my cousins.

It sure was difficult to find one that was shipped from within the US but there were some.

The exterior box is kind of flimsy but all is fine as everything within was protected during the shipment.

Nothing too particular about the model as it is made of plastic after all.

Overall, it is still a Gundam and who does not like a giant robot that can easily tower the short action figures?
It is a positionable figure that can be used for modeling and should be simple enough to put together.
This is basically building a robot with legos, but with very specific parts.

The instructions are in Japanese, but the pictures should be enough to build it.

Hope this is helpful to ya!

Favorite model yet! Really well designed construction. I didn't use any decals on mine or paint and it still looks finished.

This was the first Gundam model I made, now that I'm trying to start taking it seriously. And dang, I was impressed, like the articulation on this sucker is crazy. None of my normal action figures have this kind of range, I'm getting it into all kinds of poses. Most other Gundams I have aren't this flexible.

Pretty easy to build, but I broke the grey top-of-the-head piece, so watch out on that one. Nothing some glue couldn't fix. Stickers weren't hard except for the eyes as always. I'm planning on getting the bigger version of this soon and try my hand at a custom paint.

And man, just props to the only Gundam (far as I've seen) that doesn't use any guns or swords or anything. Just good ol' fisticuffs. No problem can't get solved in space with some elbow grease and a sturdy knuckle, that's what space-pa used to say.

i should have purchased the MG version since its only a couple of dollars difference but still the HG is quite good. i only got an issue with the sticker that goes to the chest, the center piece. it doesnt quite fit or cut to fit the part. MG would have been definitely better.
