As I said before, this is a fun build. Being my first Master Grade, I was surprised by every little detail this Model Kit had to show, and the mechanics within' the inner-frame. Honestly, my mind was blown. Anyway, being a MG, the build time should take around 7-10 hours. But man, you will enjoy every bit of it.

Anyway, once you're done, you will have a Mobile Suit, a pair of katanas along with scabbards, Torch gun and the Tactical Arms II. And a lot of spare parts from the Blue Frame Second L Revise. (Since you know, the Tactical Arms II is practically a copy from Blue.)

Possibility: Since it's a MG, you're going to get a ton of it. At least 28 + the fingers (Depends if you split the three fingers.) So, starting from the torso, you get a nice ab crunch and side to side movement, along with a ball jointed waist that pretty much allows you to rotate the whole thing 360 and swivel it around as well. Above the torso is the head that sits on a ball joint, so again, swivel in all directions and you can rotate it all around, and thanks to its double jointed neck, you get a pretty good range going up and down. After that, the arms are pretty superb, so you start off with what I believe is a butterfly joint, so you can have his whole arm practically touch its chest. The arm itself allows you to rotate 360 and pull it out around 120 degrees, then you have the bicep which again, allows you rotate it 360, you got the double jointed elbow which pretty much goes almost 180, below that you have what it seems to be a wrist joint that only allows to pull it up a good 90.

Package came early with no problems in the packaging. This was an awesome build although it was frustrating at times since you can be prone to making mistakes. This isn't enough to take a star off though. Final build look great, great posability, and the swords enough just makes this kit a must buy. There's even extra parts from the Blue Frame to make the tactical arms become like the Blue Frame's tactical arms. Overall a great gunpla.

Great build, good detail and nice articulation (I can say it has better articulation than my revoltech figure).

The tactical arms (or whatever you will call it) is very cool. This figure also comes with the blue frame's sword parts so you can use it if you prefer blue frame's sword handle and gatling/machine gun.

Other stuff that's included from the blue frame are the knife/daggers/blades for his toes and two hand daggers.

I only have one nuisance though, the thumb finger on both hands keep popping off and it's very hard to look for it when it falls off to the floor.

Overall it's a very good figure, highly recommended.

This was a fun build. The box was surprisingly big. The Sword itself is very large and put together well. Placing the sword in different forms can be a bit tricky and will put strain on the stand if just left to hang. There are some extra parts from the Blue Frame that will be present. The Gundam itself is intricate and time consuming to put together. I was very impressed with the number of pieces needed to make an articulated joint. In the end though, just like someone else commented, this is a model and not a toy. It takes time and patience to position the Gundam how you want it, and there will be pieces that falls off every so often. This is no something you want to "play" around it.

Amazing Kit, has really great articulations and also a slab in the hands to hold weapons together. Be warn though the katanas are VERY soft and can easily snap when you are handling it. The big sword is kind of cool but a real nuisance and hard to hold up with the kit. The hands has one strong flaw and thats the thumb hole is too big and the thumb tend to fall off. But overall its an awesome kit with lots of joint movements and poses. I bought it for 47 bucks so it was a steal.

This kit actually comes with some of the weapon parts from the blue frame as well as the red frame. This was excellent for me because I hated the handle for his great sword. I know the handle was supposed to look cool for the bow form of the sword, but umm... crossbows suck. Thus you can switch the handles out if you agree. Great model. Very sturdy, with aesthetic options! Overall, great buy!

With this being my second Astray kit, I have to say it was a lot of fun to build. The tactical arms II has a lot of playablity in it and adds a lot of girth to the kit. This is not a large deal as it comes with an action base 2 for helping it to pose. It looks totally awesome with my Sengoku Astray.

The MG Astray Red Frame Kai has been redone and released again recently (without the backpack). This original first MG Red Astray have a red frame (instead of the usual gray), and the articulation joints are designed to do more inhumane post.
The touchup pen needed for this would probably be Gundam Marker Red, it's the closest to it unless you want to use the Metallic red. It is painful, as you'll see white spots after you nip/cut the red plastic.

I'm mostly impressed with the weapons, 2 chrome-platted plastic for the Gerbera Straight and Tiger Pierce. The size of the Tactical Arms IIL (The backpack upgraded from Blue Astray Second L) is close to a real dagger. It's safe and it's really fun to toggle between different weapon forms.

What's confusing would be the stand and the backpack. The menu does give you simple instruction on how to mount the Tactical Arm on the stand, but it might get frustrating for it to balance and stay.
