I got this in the mail a little over a week after buying it & it was in excellent condition.
My only thing is - it's a little on the small side.
I'll have to check around and see if there's one in a 12 or 16 ounce size.
That way I won't have to keep the original disposable mouthwash bottle under the sink as a extra. I'm not much for clutter so I'll have to check if there's a larger size or not.
Overall, I'm pleased w/ this product though. No chipped glass or damage when it arrived.

I was trying to replace a decanter purchased in Blowing Rock, NC several years ago as I had broken the top/cup. The replacement decanter appeared to be the same quality and priced the same as the original. The quality of the new decanter was of poorer quality cut glass and the stem of the top/cup is a bit wobbly as well as the decanter smaller. I feel it is overpriced, and should have cost about $15.00.

I've had my mouthwash decanter for many years. It is beautiful sitting out on the counter top.
I've had no problems with mine. I recently chipped a little piece as I was replacing the lid.
It doesn't effect its use, but it got me to thinking about ordering more for my other bathrooms.

I originally received mine as a gift, and have given some away as gifts.

This pretty little bottle helps remind me to rinse my mouth during the day even if I do not have time to brush my teeth. It is so handy to use. I like having it on my vanity rather than the huge bottle size I buy. This is my second as the first one was so admired by a friend I gave it to her and sent for another one for me. The bottle reminds me to use mouthwash first thing in the morning and the last thing at night. Great reminder for oral hygiene.

I LOVE this thing. I had seen this or something similar in Victorian Trading for ages and always wanted it. When I got spring fever this year and decided to spruce up my otherwise incomplete potty room, AND was absolutely sick of constantly wiping up the ring of mouthwash from under the plastic bottle sitting on the tub ledge, I went on the hunt. Fortunately my good senses directed me to look elsewhere online for it (other than Victorian Trading) and found this!

It looks entirely lovely on my new sink and the blue/green of the mouthwash inside adds a sparkle that brings out the blue/green of my wall. With much regret, my other half broke the lid tonight and I am very upset. I have a decanter upstairs now with not lid. He agreed to replace it but then I shall have TWO decanters and only one lid! What if THAT lid breaks? Wondering if I can contact the company who makes this ever so useful yet decorative device and ask them to issue just a lid? Note that the decanter is actually quite well made and as heavy as it ought to be. The breaking was as a result of a pretty hard drop onto our tile floor and not a defect in the product itself.

If you are like me and Victorian at heart, you will love this. The Victorians reveled in employing single use devices in their homes. It serves a very very very practical purpose, at least to those who prefer their bathroom be pleasing to the eye of guests and not purely functional. The store bottle is NOT attractive at all.

My only gripe was the size and I understand others feel similarly. It would compensate for lack of space inside the decanter for actually holding the mouthwash if the lid/cup wasn't so large.

Have had no leaks- not sure how that would be possible unless the glass was cracked. This looks so nice, like cut crystal.

The decanter is pretty, and easy to clean. However, it is on the small side. I buy the large mouthwash bottles at Sams and this thing doesn't hold hardly any of it. I rinse my mouth 2-3 times a day, and I am filling this up every week. So, even though it is pretty, I wish that I would have bought or found a bigger one. I don't even use the cup at top (I know, but it is my decanter) so I might just buy another decanter, and put this one in the guest bathroom.

I got this for someone as a gift, and they really liked it. It looks much nicer sitting on your bathroom counter than a large bottle of mouthwash. And the lid holds the appropriate amount for each use. The only complaint was that the actual bottle is fairly small and doesn't hold many days worth of mouthwash, but again, the recipient of this gift really liked it and didn't mind that!
