Beyond Expectations, April 10, 2008
This review is from: Bang Camaro (Audio CD)
Like many people who have heard of Bang Camaro, I heard them on Guitar Hero and was curious to what else they may have developed.
After previewing their songs on myspace, I was on the edge of my seat waiting for this CD to be released. Their style is simply amazing; a collection of inspired 80's riffs upgraded to a 21st century sound. Bang Camaro seems to focus more on the music rather then simply making singles for the radio, but still comes off with every song deserving radio play. It's a refreshing change from what most other rock bands seem to be trying to do nowadays.
The arena lyrics on all of the songs will make you feel like your head banging in the midst of a large concert. Simple and to the point, you'll be following the lyrics by the end of the song.
I normally don't rave about new bands often, but not enough can be said about Bang Camaro. If you preview these songs, I'm sure you'll be sold....trust me. I hope they know they have fans in Augusta, GA and one day make their way down here for a concert.

Kicks *SS!, October 17, 2007
This review is from: Bang Camaro (Audio CD)
These guys rock. And their style is closer to the old school rock that people my age all used to know and love. Good to see someone getting back to the basics. Some of their tunes have some riffs that will make you go "Wait a second...I might have heard THAT one before...!" But it's just different enough to be new. Way to go, guys! And please know you have a fan base in the Central (Upstate) NY area.

PUSH PUSH LADY LIGHTNING, December 27, 2007
This review is from: Bang Camaro (Audio CD)
Well the first time I heard of this band was from Guitar Hero 2. I loved their song push push lady lightning so much I simply had to check out the band. Yes, the sound a little bit like bands like Kiss or bands of that era, but as someone who is always looking for new sounds to fill the void, I think this band does a pretty good job at representing arena rock to the fullest. Rediculous solos, big choruses, clean sound, what more do you want. If this band doesn't get you throwing up devil horns, I don't know what will.
