About the Author

Upon tiring of American girls soon after the release of his game book Bang, Roosh hit the road and set his antennae on foreign girls, quickly realizing his American game wasn't as effective abroad due to major cultural differences. For each new country he buckled down over the course of many months to study, date, and analyze the women.

The result of that labor is the Bang series of R-rated travel guides, which are meant for guys who need an honest and accurate breakdown on gaming a country's women to maximize both sexual quality and quantity, all without resorting to prostitutes.

Having said that, you don't have to be misogynistic to enjoy connecting with local women.

I completely understand wanting to go to Colombia to meet women, but I don't understand why anyone would need a book to do it.

Like other reviewers, I was drawn in by the preview chapters and decided to buy this, since I'm currently living in Colombia. Instead of actually going through anything you could really use, it's just recounts of his own exploits, and not in very fine detail either. A somewhat enjoyable read just for the bits in the beginning but you won't find much of anything of use in this one.

The book looks promising from start as the author talks about the 3 most important cities in Colombia. However, the author was just bragging about how he dumped Colombian girls, how he got them in bed, and he expects you to do the same. There are some good ideas, but nothing that common sense wouldn't do for you. He never goes too specific about plans in each city, and he sounds like he makes us look like douche bags on foreign countries.

I was put off by the author's attitude toward women, since I can't recall anything from the book that considered any of the women he encountered as being anything but a 'flag,' his term for having sex with a woman in a foreign country. All of the women he encounters are simply notches in his... gun?

Having said that, you don't have to be misogynistic to enjoy connecting with local women. There's a lot of quite useful advice about making a connection with a stranger, especially one who doesn't speak your language. What works for guys who are out simply for a one-nighter works as well for men who are looking to make friends and perhaps something more. I wouldn't not consider this book as a travel guide for the single male in Colombia, and it is primarily directed at the younger set who have a hang up about paying for sex, be it for economic or for ego reasons.

I am a veteran traveler, but still found some of his tips worth writing down.

I'm a big fan of Roosh's advice. He is really very good at conveying his advice in a simple, easy to understand and straightforward manner. I recently read this book and it's vintage Roosh. The subject matter is very specialized but on the other hand who wouldn't like to head down to Colombia for a few months and implement some of the strategies he's writing about here? For most of us in the US who are used to (and possibly sick of?) American women, this guide is incredibly useful for anyone who's heading down to South America with the least bit of this type of ambition.

Also check out Roosh's other books "Bang" and "A Dead Bat in Paraguay," and check out his blog for some solid game-spitting tips as well as some entertaining rants about his current frustration with American society and American women.

This is a book intended to think of women only as a 'target' for pretenses presented as wanting genuine friends and relationships, with the truthful purpose to take advantage of young women unable to see through the ploy. Not nice, and not worthwhile.

many have heard about the beautiful women in Colombia, and having travelled there myself I can attest to this!

I only wish this book was out when I visited. It allows you to 'short cut' the learning process on how to meet and get to 'know' colombianas.

Combine this with the Authors other book Bang: More Lays In 60 Days and I'm sure you will have a good time. I recommend you take your time in Colombia (my favourite is Medellin) and explore what this book can offer.

What kind of a person writes a book like this? its an insult to colombia and to women. And P.S. you can find promiscuous women anywhere you don't have to go to a foreign country.

Long before Roosh was searching for poosy paradise in the darkest corners of eastern Europe, he was traveling across South America seeking to crack the code that is Latin women. Bang Colombia is the very first travel guide he ever published, and it remains one of his more interesting due to its in-depth analysis of one of the continent's most overlooked countries.

When most Americans think of Colombia, they think of either cocaine or the decades-long civil war that's been slow-boiling in the country's jungles. They also know that it's supposedly one of the most dangerous places to travel in Latin America. Thing is, most Americans are stupid, as Roosh goes into detail about the reality on the ground; it's not Bedford Falls, but you'll be fine so long as you know how to handle yourself.

But what are the women like? If you're looking for passionate girls with curvy bodies and Catholic hangups, Colombia's your place.

My biggest disappointment with Bang Colombia is that it lacks the personal stories that Roosh usually includes with his travel guides. Given that this was his first one, though, that's forgivable. If you're interested in laying the women of this intriguing country, you'll want to pick up Bang Colombia ASAP.
