Wow! I have tried numerous bluetooth headsets and none match the build and sound quality of this headset. The fit is very comfortable -- I wore it for over eight hours on the first day with no discomfort. The control button is well placed and very easy to use. The sound quality is excellent with voices sounding natural and full. This unit is replacing a Jawbone which has no way near the voice quality and ease of operation of the Earset 2. One particular annoyance of the Jawbone is the bright flashing light that is on when connected and cannot be turned off. I felt like a conspicuous walking lighthouse when wearing the unit. The Earset 2 has a discrete small green blinking light on the back and doesn't yell "look at me!" to the immediate world.
The Earset 2 is expensive when compared to other ear sets and well worth it. In the long run, I spent far more on inferior items trying to find a satisfactory unit and would be way ahead had I purchased the Earset 2 in the first place.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I love it. the sound quality is in a class by itself. The comfort and ability to size it to any ears is what makes this headset truly outstanding. Most of them you have to really force a "one size fits all" fit your head and they did not feel secure at all.

The people that I am talking to aren't constantly asking "what???" and I'm able to hear people clearly even when I'm outside.

I love the way the charger base doubles as a case because I can throw the whole thing in my purse and not worry about it getting lost or crushed. This is a BIG advantage in my mind.

My only "ding" is that the charger is unlike any other -- the jack is particularly small -- so if you lose that, you are stuck. I have searched high and low for a replacement (I usually like to have at least 2 so I can charge at work and at home) but it seems like the only way I'm going to be able to have a "spare charger", then I'm going to have to buy an additional headset.

If anyone knows a source for a replacement charger, please let me know!

Other than that -- if you are more organized than I am and not in the habit of losing little things like chargers -- I would highly recommend this headset.

when it works it works well, however i contacted B&O and they informed me that this will not work with the new iphone 3GS. so save your money.

This headset has a relatively simple, unique design which makes it extremely easy to get a good fit. The ear loop is attached to a bar which can be adjusted up or down and then the ear loop can be swung over the ear. It fits better than any other bluetooth that I have used. Also, it has a little button in front that can be used for taking or terminating calls.

The charging system is also outstanding. You simply put the headset into its small case and it connects to a contact and begins charging.

Expensive but well worth the price.

I've tried four or 5 bluetooth headsets, all with disappointing results. The Bang & Olufsen is well made, and works well. It's true, I can HEAR! and be heard. At $350.00 its pricey, but worth it. The others that I've tried, and discarded, cost much more, and they are worthless.

I was looking for a dependable bluetooth headset for my cell phone with good sound quality. Several friends of mine had gone through 6 or 7 trying to find one that had good sound quality for both the caller and callee to no avail. One estimates she spent over $400 and still doesn't like the one she has now.

Another friend told me about this, so I stared doing research and decided to give it a shot. After all, if it didn't work out, I could return it, right?

I love, love, love this headset. My Mother even says that she can hear me better on this than on my land line at home, and that was with me driving at 60 mph with all four windows rolled down. She sounded as if she were sitting right next to me.

And it doesn't look like a big bug is crawling out of your ear, either! The earpiece sits over your ear canal, not in it and the over the ear hook is infintely adjustable. So comfortable, and stylish, too.

The call quality, volume and clarity cannot be beat. Yes, it's expensive, but worth every penny, especially given that your search will finally be over for the perfect bluetooth headset.

This is wonderful! The syncing process is extremely straight forward and the sound quality is unmatched by any other bluetooth. Yes it may not work on the iPhone 3GS but being a believe in Blackberrys makes that point void. It is expensive but with all the laws being passed requiring the use of hands free devices you are better off purchasing a quality product from a quality company instead of spending a small amount of money of a cheapy that will break somehow.
