So after trying several wired ear pieces (I prefer the sound quality of wire vs. wireless) I stopped into the B&O showroom and bought the single line home phone system with three handsets and one of these right-ear ear pieces. I have had the thing for a month and cannot seem to get it to stay in my ear. I constantly have to press against the earbud to hear the person on the line or else I find the earbud too far from my ear to actually hear anything. I have very small ears and cannot get the earbud inside my ear. The hook that goes over the ear is constantly slipping and forget wearing glasses while using this - they don't both fit behind your ear. The sound quality is great - very clear. But I wish I hadn't wasted $199 on them.

I am a consultant and do a lot of work by phone - regular hour-long meetings via phone...I've tried lots of headsets...all with miserable results, ill fitting, uneven sound, ear buds too big, head set slippage... and I finally sprung for this set. I have B&O earphones for my Ipod and loved the fit and sound on those so I bit the bullet and bought this head set. Outstanding...sound & comfort - especially for someone with small ears, works on my Palm 755 and my Uniden cordless land line. I wish I had bought these first!
