I grew up watching this movie over and over. It was my favorite. About 15 years had gone by since I was able to see it again. I still remembered the songs and was able to quote favorite parts. Short and sweet, teaches a great lesson about families. I recommend it to everyone. adults and children.

One of the best animated 30 minute vids on the market and with wonderful songs and animation by the Don Bluth Team, this is a video that you and your children will watch over and over again.

I used to watch this and "Rikki Tikki Tavi", and "The Last Unicorn" all the time when I was little and I loved it. I've always been a big fan of cartoons, because cartoons is where I taught my self to draw, and I really like this cartoon because I liked the characters, and I always liked thoes three glamour cats..I used to draw them a lot. This is just a good movie for kids.

When I was a child, I loved this movie for its upbeat music and dazzling animation. Even to this day I will sing some of the upbeat, fun songs from the film. Now my family rents it for my little sister, who loves it too. I highly recommend it, especially for younger children who love music and don't have a long attention span (considering this video's only 30 min. long). This movie ranks high in my list of good children's entertainment.

I rented this cartoon from a video store when I was little. I loved Banjo and the songs they sang. It's an adorable movie for any age!

I got this movie for my son and also because my wife is a 2nd grade teacher. I thought it would be good for the kids when the school has movie days, before the holidays/vacation. This movie was a huge disappointment. I thought it would be along the lines of "The White Seal" or "Riki-tiki", boy was I wrong. It was like someone got up one day while still in their under-wear and wrote something down because they had to meet some deadline. One would do better just recording old "Tom & Jerry" episodes from regular television. We had to force ourselves to get through it and then I was appalled at how bad the ending actually was. No wonder I had never heard of this movie before.
