2.0 out of 5 stars Too basic and not enough focus on business, December 4, 2009

This review is from: Bankruptcy for Small Business (Paperback)
I bought this book because it holds itself out to be geared towards small business. Truth is, this book covers personal bankruptcies and only touches on entity bankruptcies. The information is coarse and not very helpful. There are dozens of internet websites which give more information than what can be found in this book, and I am very disappointed. Tort lawsuit creditors, for example, are not even mentioned. If you are looking for information specifically relating to business bankruptcies then I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. If you want to know the 1-2-3's of personal bankruptcies with some very basic business info, then this book may serve as starting, but utterly incomplete reference.

2.0 out of 5 stars Kindle version with no table of contents., September 22, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The table of contents was missing until the last page and you were not able to navigate through it. This should be a requirement for a kindle book by now. Many typographical errors also. Must have been a bad conversion.

5.0 out of 5 stars Any business library must have this, December 15, 2008
This review is from: Bankruptcy for Small Business (Paperback)
Many small business owners make decisions that prevent them from using the bankruptcy laws to save their businesses or homes: BANKRUPTCY FOR SMALL BUSINESS tells how to structure a business to accept the future potential and protections of bankruptcy. So many bankruptcy books address consumer concerns alone that this is a necessary addition to any business library. Chapters discuss different kinds of bankruptcy, how to keep a business alive after filing, what creditors are legally allowed, and more. Any business library must have this.
