Even if you don't agree with everything GG does and says, you have to admire the strength of his conviction and the quality of his music, especially this album, which is a classic...just a little note to other GG fans...if you can find this album on cassette, it also includes "Vol. 2", and "Live Fast Die Fast" EP, as well as some other interviews...songs that aren't included on the cassette are "1980's Rock and Roll" and "Up Against the Wall".

Although i like gg's later songs this is still a good cd featuring songs such as beat, beat, beat, don't talk to me and you hate me and i hate you. It rocks in a humerous sort of way. Any gg fan will like this one.

The Banned in Boston tracks in my eyes, should be re-released on the Jabbers album, and also they should replace the pitiful picture of GG with the early youthful GG on the album cover (of Always was...).
If you like the first GG album, this is more of the same, as in, catchy, punchy, wild, classic punk rock! The best song on here is probably "Dead or Alive" which is somewhat ironic if you listen to the lyrics which sadly seem to foreshadow what was to come later.
