5.0 out of 5 stars shark water slide - great fun
Bonzai shark water slide is great for my grandchildren's ages (6, 5, 3) It made it even more slippery by putting a blow-up ring around their waist when they ran, the ring made them go faster right into the shark's mouth. just make sure you anchor it down at the head, sometimes it slips.

1.0 out of 5 stars Typical of Bonzai Toys....
My son got this for his 9th birthday. He played with it ONCE. The area where the hose attaches to the slide part ripped free. It is unusable now.
I am disgusted that Bonzai seems to have the market cornered on water toys as they are cheaply made and just don't hold up at all.

I will be hunting for a better quality slip and slide NOT made by Bonzai and...

I am disgusted that Bonzai seems to have the market cornered on water toys as they are cheaply made and just don't hold up at all.

I will be hunting for a better quality slip and slide NOT made by Bonzai and using the shark mouth (free standing piece) and the goggles (slight 3d action) on that.

1.0 out of 5 stars huge picture of shark is a huge disappointment, November 29, 2009

My son wanted this for his birthday and was quite upset when the actual product was inflated. The box shows what appears to be a enormous shark to slide through. The actual shark is less than three feet tall and three feet long. The worst thing is the quality. The first time it was used the slide started to rip from the "pool" section. After setting it up 3 times it came right off. Don't wast your money on this piece of junk. If you do, make sure your local waste management service will recycle the plastic material.

1.0 out of 5 stars bought it and returned it 2 times in 2 days!!, June 16, 2009

I have 2 small children (2 and 3) and they have wanted this product since the first time they saw the commercial. Dad surprised them with it the other afternoon, and as soon as we hooked the hose up to it, the main seem split open. we had to put the sprinkler up next to the slide part so that it would stay wet enough for them to truly use it, I took it back the next morning and exchanged it for a new one. I set up the new one and one of the retainer walls for the "pool" area had a hole in and would not hold water. I took it back AGAIN and got a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! very poorly made!!

We purchased this for our two children. When we opened the first one, it had two slits in the plastic. Naively, we exchanged it for a second one. When we inserted the hose, the first seam split. We were able to bypass the hole by inserting the hose further, but within 30 minutes the bottom of the slide ripped off. The plastic is about the thickness and toughness of a balloon. [...]. Don't waste your money!

We got this slip n slide for our kids and they have a blast with it. The slip n slide works really well and they like the shark. However it's kind of a pain because they constantly hit the shark and you have to set it back up all the time. Plus the plastic stakes bend easily and they are almost unusable after 4 or 5 uses. And the part the hooks up to the hose isn't made very well and is starting to rip. If we are lucky we might get 3 or 4 more uses out of it.

1.0 out of 5 stars So Disappointed!, July 2, 2009

This is of such low quality and design you would think it came from a dollar store. At any hose volume the water will not properly spray onto the runway. The runway ripped in 2 places within 20 minutes. It is the lightest weight plastic possible, a ziploc bag is more resilient than the material used for this toy. A tremendous waste of money and time. What is most frustrating is the disappointment of my sons who were so eager to enjoy this toy.

we've had no problems with this slide whatsoever. if the shark dosen't stand than you aren't inflating it enough! and if you dont think it is completely 3d try taking the protective film off! we have had nothing but fun from this slide. we used it on my sisters birthday party and everybody loved this slide. overall great product and well worth the money

I recently bought this for my son's birthday party. I thought it was going to be a lot of fun. It ended making a huge mess. The water shooting holes don't shut over the slide, they shot out in my yard. Also, the shark mouth is not attached. It kept falling over. The kids eventually didn't even want it on the slide. However, the kids still seemed to have fun. I guess it was an ok slide after all.
