Received this item in a timely matter, however the box was open and all beat up. It was missing the main part that creates the water vortex. All the hoses were bent which prevented the water from flowing through properly. Hose all bent inside the arch that gets blown up. Called the manufacturer Banzai for the missing part, but was informed that they no longer make this item and I would need to return it to the store. With the cost of this item it wouldnt have been worth me returning it, as the cost of the shipping would have been the cost of the item.
