I like this cereal because it is organic, there for I can trust no chemicals where used to produce it, it taste great, it is low in sodium and sugars, and is nutritious. I use it in my goats milk yogurt with organic blueberries and raspberries, mmmm... good. I have tried other organic cereals but like this the best.

Barbaras Bakery Organic Honey Nut O's are absolutely wonderful for a boxed cereal. My family (hands down) prefer these to the more mainstream product. Organic is always a bonus!
