About the Author
Dave Dewitt is an internationally known chile pepper expert and the author of more than fifteen books about chiles. The founder of the National Fiery Foods Show, Dave is the editor and publisher of Fiery Foods magazine.
NANCY GERLACH is a licensed dietician and writer. She and Dave DeWitt have coauthored eight books on chile peppers. Both live in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
