Normally I can only find one recipe that I like in any one cookbook but this book is loaded with wonderful BBQ recipes that I've used over and over...In fact Im having to reorder it as my old copy has ripped apart.I highly recommend!

Grand slam home run! This cookbook is chock-a-block with winning, delicious barbecue recipes.
This cookbook has more tasty recipes than any other cookbook I own. The recipes are easy, straightforward. I just had her Rib Seasoning Mix on ribs tonight. Incredibly tasty, the perfect way to have ribs. Unlike some other barbecue cookbooks, the ingredients are mostly mainline - you can get them at your neighborhood grocery store. The only drawback is that we use this cookbook so much that it's beginning to fall apart. But that's the kind of problem I wish I had with more cookbooks! |
