The Barbi Powers Workout is a wonderful combination of Classical Ballet and Modern Dance for beginners and advanced users. Dance Instructor Barbi Powers focuses her instruction on the most popular movements of modern dance and ballet. The workout challenges you by incorporating fluid dance movements that are gracefully designed to teach the intermediate to advanced dance student. Each new dance posture is repeated multiple times until every movement is layered together on each side of the body. At the conclusion of the cardio portion of the workout, Barbi introduces a wonderful core fusion interval which is then followed by a peaceful yoga stretch.
Barbi Powers is a Professional Dance Instructor and graduate of NYU Tish School of Dance and presently teaches Yoga. Barbi has toured and danced with Ririe-Woodbury Dance Co. and was an Instructor at Mirror Image Dance Academy.
