4.0 out of 5 stars Barbie 16" Bike
This bike is much better than alot of the choices for little girl's bikes. When I put this bike together, it was easy but I was disappointed when the steamers for the handles bars were falling off before the bike was used. I had to go out and purchase new ones for the bike. Otherwise the bike is great.

3.0 out of 5 stars Bad Training Wheels
The bike itself is cute and our 4 year old loves it. The training wheels that come with it are junk (the wheels wear out quickly with normal use, but work fine for the first couple of weeks until they are destroyed.) Replacement training wheels have been very hard to come by. Only one type commonly sold in stores will fit (Bell brand with spring tension) but they give...

3.0 out of 5 stars Bad Training Wheels, December 19, 2006

The bike itself is cute and our 4 year old loves it. The training wheels that come with it are junk (the wheels wear out quickly with normal use, but work fine for the first couple of weeks until they are destroyed.) Replacement training wheels have been very hard to come by. Only one type commonly sold in stores will fit (Bell brand with spring tension) but they give too much and effectively make the bike more dangerous, not less. The problem is the very fat chain stay (about 1.5 inches) which prevents most training wheel stabilizer bars from working (even fat wheels which are designed for wide chain stays won't work on a chain stay this wide.) I've now been to about 5 different stores, including bike shops, with no success.
