This was a great buy. My girls are 4 and 7 and they love this toy! It packs easy for travel. Scooters fold and unfold easily in a minute! Attractive color. Durable build. Even the adults had to try out the new toys--nothing broke like I feared! Nothing marred or dented! Helmets and elbow/knee pads are recommended. My 4 needed them for sure! Rolls easily so be careful of unskilled kids on sloping pavements. Perfect Christmas gifts this year!

I was surprised to read the review about the girl who was standing still on the scooter and then spent three days in the hospital. Regardless of that my daughter has been riding scooters since she was three years old and of course you have to practice and have adult supervision but we've NEVER had a problem with broken bones. Not to say they don't happen. We love this scooter and have more then gotten our money out of it. She is six now and loving riding this scooter each day.

I am so pleased with this scooter. You can't beat the price, and 1,2,3 to assemble. My 6yr old has so much fun on it. Even my 2 yr tries to ride. My daughter is getting the hang of it of using her foot to push. The fact that is folds is such a plus. It takes up little to no room, very easy to store. I highly recommend this to all barbie lovers.

Be smart! My kids have owned Razor scooters and now this scooter, it is just as good. Use your head, if your child does not know how to ride a scooter do not allow them to attempt with out supervision, that's how they fall and break bones! My 3 year old got on a scooter after watching her older sister ride one for a year and rode it better than her older sister!! Any thing can be dangerous if you allow it to be! Don't listen to the review about the child with the hospital stay, use your brain and be safe with your kids! Are you going to let your child get on a bike without training wheels when they have never ridden one before?

"Thank you Mommy, I love my scooter" is what I hear multiple times a day. She loves the Barbie colors and design and has learned quickly how to use it. She just pushes with one foot and rides around with such a smile. It folds up easily for storage or travel. Couldn't imagine another scooter making her happier. She completes the look with her Barbie helmet and her Barbie protective pads.

I purchased this 2 wheel scooter after my disabled daughters 3 wheeler was stolen. She absolutely loves it and is getting around much better and faster than I gave her credit for.

I bought this for my 5 year-old daughter and couldn't be happier. She absolutely loves it. I was a little nervous about her being able to balance on two wheels but she got the hand of it very quickly. It also is easy to fold up and stores very well. I highly suggest this!!

My daughter loves this scooter. I love it for it's durablity, and that it's grown with her height.

I decided to go back and look at my old Amazon purchases and came across this scooter. The scooter was a great and my daughter loved it, the only reason we retired it was because we were moving and donated it.

One thing to look out for is the handle bar cushions wearing through, exposing sharp edges. I extended it's life by applying colored electric tape, which gave it about another year and half of service before we finally decided to donate it when we moved.

Our daughter absolutely loved it, I asked her today(at 13), and she smiled about it.

The scooter is adjustable to height, and kids of various ages could use it, it was the 'toy' that all my daughters friends wanted to borrow.

I would definitively recommend a helmet, as kids can end up going pretty fast on these things and for you to inspect it every so often to make sure all the screws and cushions are still in place, all to assure that kids stay safe.

Ordered this when my daughter was 5 and she is now 9 and still plays with it and now my 3 1/2 year old son is beginning to play with it! I will get him one of his own so that it is not Barbie but otherwise it is has been quite durable and very easily learned to ride by my daughter. Great for learning balance since it does only have 2 wheels. Highly recommend but does take some balance to ride.
