Every year for Christmas I purchase a Barbie Holiday African-American Doll for my niece, who is now 6 years old. It seems the dolls become more and more beautiful each year and 2009 was no exception. The Barbie 2009 Holiday African-American Doll is stunning and my niece loved it. The dolls have proven to be quite durable over the years and she has been having fabulous tea parties with her Barbie collection.

This is the first time I have purchased my niece's Barbie at Amazon.com and I am so pleased with my decision. The purchase price at Amazon.com was 20-25% cheaper than anywhere else I looked and they offered free shipping. Additionally, I used regular (free) shipping since I was placing my order 3 weeks before Christmas but I was amazed at how quickly I received my order...3 days.

Next year I will definitely start with Amazon.com.
