The pictures do no justice! This mermaid doll is incredibly beautiful, are priced really cheaply and worth every single penny! They are very durable and with the wand they get their little mermaid tatoos and they get highlights! Has to be my favorite doll (along with Merissa) in the Fairytopia doll line-up!!
These would make perfect gifts, especially for your little mermaid!

I like nori's blue hair. If you put her in the sun her hair will turn all blue and if you put her in the freezer or put something cold on her it will turn purple. I like the design of her mermaid tail. You should buy her.

My 3 year old has all three of these dolls. She loves them!
My only complaint is that the tattoo's have already started to rub off!

I think this doll is incredibly fun and beautiful, but somehow the tail broke off the very first day my 4 year old daughter played with it. She loves it anyway, she insists. She just screamed with pleasure after seeing the hair turn purple and the tattoos appear after about 3 minutes in the freezer.

I don't know how it got broken, or how rough my daughter might have been, but it seems strange that it would break so quickly. Disappointing.

Even though my four year old daughter loves this Barbie, it was a huge disappointment when my daughter's friend broke the tail off. My daughter had this Barbie less than a day before the tail broke. Mattel should have forseen that making a tail that looks bendable but isn't bendable would cause a huge disappointment to many little girls. Our daughter wants another "new" Dori. I probably will break down and buy another, but at least we know now to be very careful with the tail. If you buy this Barbie, warn your child not to twist or bend the tail.

Beautiful mermaid Barbie doll and my daughter loves it. She plays with it in the tub and takes it everywhere.

The Barbie Fairytopia collection is enjoyed by pre-adolescent girls of all ages, as witnessed by my toddler aged granddaughter and eight and ten year-old nieces who love them. However, this particular doll, priced at $13.99 from Amazon almost two years ago when I bought it, is now almost twice that at $24.99. Why?

Although it is colorful, adored by little girls everywhere, and durable, this specific doll can be bought for much less new on eBay, and I imagine from other sellers as well. I also bought the Fairytopia Enchanted Meadow playset, as well as other collections of dolls, all which the girls absolutely loved. Recommended for little girls who want to be mermaids everywhere.

Nori has to be one of my absolute favorite Barbie dolls. She comes with a wand/sponge that you can use to spread the water, and when you put water on her, tons of "tattoo" like things like the Crest of Courage will appear on her arms, top, and tail and her hair will change from blue to purple highlights.

Eventually, the water stops working and her "tattoo" like things don't appear anymore, and her hair doesn't change, but it's still a fun toy to play with.

I was very happy because the doll came in 2 days, much quicker then I had expected & I was able to give it to my grandson for Easter. He was thrilled. Doll was MIB & as promised. Thank You vendor!!!
