I paid $56 for this and it arrived with the package ripped open, thus not in "mint" condition as pictued. The bubble dress has two giant glue like stains on it and a severly frayed hem. It looks like it has been chewed on by a dog or lawnmower. I am sending it back and hope for a full refund. :( Gross, they may be strapped down still, but they are far from new or clean.
Addition: I had to file a claim against this seller because when I talked to them on the phone they were rude and said they video taped the item before packaging it and that it was not opened. IF infact he sent it unopened, it arrived damaged, yet due to the stain, i do not believe he sent it unopened. Regardless, the item arrived opened, frayed, and stained, so perhaps if they expect almost $60 for Barbie clothes they should not mail them in a flimsy envelope because I recieved the item in a very damgaed condition when the picture suggested mint. ALSO, this seller said if i mail it back he would give me a refund if it was, get this, unopened and not damaged. This is the reason i am sending it back! He obviously is out to rip me off and was very rude. I hope the A-Z claim can help me because I buy Barbie clothes allot and am only okay with spending this much when the items arrive in NEW condition. Do not buy from "Biggest Deals" Be warned!!!! |
