This review is from: Barbie My Favorite Swirl Ponytail Barbie Doll (Toy)
This review is to act as a counter over the other extremely negative review, which seems surprisingly out of contrast with the actual doll I received.I ordered this doll by mistake through the keyword check out, and was about to send her right back when I opened the box....and was astonished. The doll is absolutely gorgeous. Remember the pretty Plantation Belle reproduction from 2004? This doll is very close! This doll has a slightly whiter skin tone, slightly darker pink lips, and a more rounded head at the top. When you put on the excellent reproduction outfit, Dancing Doll, her beauty will really shine. I will post some photos so you can see how incredible she really looks.

This review is from: Barbie My Favorite Swirl Ponytail Barbie Doll (Toy)
Let me say first that I purchased the 1959 Ponytail and the bubble cut My Favorite Barbie giftsets. They are wonderful and look just like the originals. But this one, oh my, what happened! Her face looks like she has her mouth full of cotton balls. Note, the photo on this website and other shopping sites are not photos of the actual doll on the shelf, it is probably a photo of the prototype. I will not be purchasing any more of the My Favorite Barbies if they have faces like this one.
