This song made me laugh when I first heard it on the radio years ago. I recall how very upset the makers of Barbie dolls got over this song which also made me laugh! Recently I got to laugh again when I heard that the daughter of a former exchange student I went to high school with loved singing this song at the top of her young lungs in school! This is a song with many levels of meaning. Adults get an entirely different take on it than do small children who love undressing their Barbie dolls!
