My daughter loves "Barbie in a Mermaid Tale". This is one of the characters from the story. It's a very pretty doll that is made well too. She loves playing with it.

I bought this for my almost 3 year old (2 weeks, ack!) and the tale falls off all the time. I called Mattel and they said that it's supposed to come off! There are no feet underneath, and there seems to be absolutely no reason why this doll's tale should come off at all. Customer service was even worse as they are having me send it back on MY dime to receive a voucher for less than what I paid for ($9, Amazon has it listed for $11, but because I don't have the receipt, I can't prove I paid more for it). Mattel and Fisher Price's customer service has definitely gone down.

The kids had a lot of fun with this doll. Overall it was pretty sturdily made and has lasted through all the summer activities including the pool and other outdoor activities.
