My 4-year-old daughter received this doll for Christmas, and was instantly fascinated that she could simply take the skirt-tail off and have a regular barbie with 2 legs. My daughter has been very happy with the flexibility of being able to play mermaid or barbie with the same doll. The price of this doll was less than the other mermaid barbies, but my daughter has never said she missed any of the features of the higher priced mermaids, so overall I'm thrilled with the value this doll has provided.

This Barbie is very pretty (in my opinion) the necklace is beautiful, but when you make her human she doesn't have clothes!
I suggest buy the swimming Merliah (human with swimsuit) remove her clothes and put them on this one! but this toy is still adorable! I'm 8 years old and I hope this helps |
