I really love the new Icy Bling My Scene collection. It's been awhile since Mattel has made a truly gorg Chelsea, and this is surely it! Her hair is beautiful! There are two beautiful curly locks (with tinsel!) coming down in front from her little fur-lined hoodie. The clothes are very well-made, and now the girls have rings on their hands! Get Chelsea today! Any girl would love her!
