I am very impressed with this. It is one of the items in the current Barbie promotion and I bought it to make my purchase come to $100. But it is better quality than the other Barbie toys. The girls love it. They use their imaginations and talk and play roles with this set. They have a lot more roles they can take then the limited roles of plain Barbie.

As for durability -- it's still plastic but it is stronger and more stable than I would have guessed.

And very pretty!

My little girls are ages 6 and 3. My 3 year old got this toy from Santa this year, and both of my girls have enjoyed it. It's cute enough, and they play with their Polly Pockets in it, as well as their Peek a Boo dolls. The play set only comes with 1 Peek a Boo doll in it, so we had to buy her a couple more. It's fine, in my opinion - nothing spectacular or innovative, but definitely fun enough for my girls to spend time playing with it.

Santa brought the Barbie Peek-A-Boo Playset to our home, and wow, what a hit! There wasn't any worry of spending hours of assembling it. It is durable--folds up, and easy to travel with. Everything is small and petite--just the right size for small hands. Little girls seem to like "little" people to play with, and this is just the right size. My daughter spent hours playing with this on Christmas Day.

Overpriced, non-sturdy, replacin'-plastic-parts-with-cardboard-parts, um, place. The limited edition ballerina that comes with this set is cute...she has small, retro glasses as her accessory...that's about the only pro. I wish it came with food for the cafe, hey, even a small cup of coffee. And somebody please tell me- why the hell does this joint need a wedding chapel?! Isn't it a little early for elementary school kids to have big dreams of finding a mate? Do they even make male "Peek-a-boos" anyway? Did I mention the sweet sunglasses?

Is a must for all Barbie Peek a Boo fans. Is simple to use and stay together well. The furniture is designed to hold the dolls well and its not frustrating to play with. Well Pleased with this toy. :)

Got this for my niece for her birthday, along with a Barbie Doll. It was a hit right away, however with everything being so small, I wonder how durable it really is going to be. That the only question mark I have.

my daughter got this & occaisionally plays with the teensy little doll that came with it but quickly got bored with the palace once she explored it.

I bought this playset for my daughter's 6th birthday. She was so excited and loves to play with it. She has lots of fun and we have not had any problems.

This toy was a huge letdown for both my daughter and myself. She saw it on TV, requested it from Santa, and I ordered it. It's overpriced, cheaply made- we already broke off a piece accidentally, and very flimsy- keeps falling over, etc. It's a waste of money! If you really want a "play house" check out Fisher Price- much better quality/durability.

Very cute, We got this for our 3 year old and 15 month old daughters for Christmas and They love it. I only wish it had come with a couple more accessories. My 3 year old has the most fun with it making birthday parties for the dolls.
