Orginially we recieved the wrong costume but it was quickly taken care of and didn't occur any charges from the error. I was pleased with the customer service and the costume itself was just what my daughter wanted.

The quality on this dress is terrible. On Christmas day there was a hole in it already. Here we are a month later and there are holes everywhere and the sleeves both ripped off.
