I found, downloaded and installed a patch that fixed the "CPU not supported" error in probably less time than it took many of you to write a negative review. I can't verify this, but the patch was dated YEARS before any of you wrote your reviews.

The game is fair enough...run of the mill Barbie stuff in last-generation 3D.

Runs perfect on Pentium 2.66Mhz, Windows XP SP3, ATI Radeon X800 GTO.

I played this game years ago, as a five-year-old. It still has a kick to it! It's a very entertaining game. It's very easy to play. However, the only problem that I have with it is the power bar that lists what keys to press to do certain gymnastics moves. When the block symbol appears, you have no clue what it is. It just looks like a box. It took me a couple of hours to realize it was the space bar when I first played. Anyone who owns this should tell that to whoever is playing. All else is great. The 3-D graphics and the plot itself are nice. You start out practicing, trying to reach a level of 9.0 on the vault, floor, uneven bars, etc. As soon as this is achieved, you're off to a local competition. You advance up in competitions until you win the National Competition, upping the level you must achieve to compete each time. The game keeps track of your best routines. Another positive: You can pick out the outfits for the gymnasts, something a young girl would like. Another plus: It's easy to win. Any girl would enjoy it. It is a great buy.

When you buy it, keep in mind that it works only with Windows 95 & above. Don't use it on a very advanced computer. The game IS NOT recent. It does work with Windows XP, though.

This is a great idea and my daughter would have loved it but the software is too old and will not work on modern computers. I contacted software support but was told they no longer offer support for this product. I went to their website and found that there is no patch available for it either. I set my computer up to run the software in Windows 95 mode but it still would not work. Their website instructs if you have a Pentium computer then this software will not work at all.

Unfortunately we could not install(or rather the CD was imcompatible with our version of Windows) the CD ordered because apparantly it's an old version and we have Windows XP Home. So, I guess we waisted the $s, unless you have some sugestion as to how this can be installed. It would have been nice if we were made aware of this when ordered.

Additionally, there is a web site for troubleshooting which
indicated that it would not work on an Intell 4 computer.

There is no indication of that fact on your website.

Disappointed little 10 year old grand daughter could not use it.

It did not perform correctly. It says you can make your own routines and practice different skills. I couldn't get it to do anything but have a performance sheet - which always stayed blank!

This is a great IDEA for a software title - unfortunately it's a big disappointment to the kids if your computer won't run it - as our 2-year old Dell wouldn't. It started out okay, but about three minutes in, a warning comes up stating "CPU Not Supported." So make sure your computer (not just your operating system) meets the spcifications before you buy.
