Cheaply Made Doll,

This review is from: Barbie and The Three Musketeers Corinne Doll (Toy)
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, who loves it and plays with it nearly every day. I handled the doll for the first time today, and I am shocked at the poor quality of it.
The head and upper body are normal, quality Barbie parts - but her legs are made of thin, hollow plastic that does not bend. They have more of a "dollar store fashion doll" feel. Also, the elastic that holds the legs together is very stretched out, so the legs are not pose-able and they flop around. Since this doll was more expensive than a regular Barbie, I thought I was paying for a durable toy, but I am sorry to report that this is (absolutely) the worst Barbie I have ever seen. The dress is the only well-made part. It is easy enough for my 4 year old to take off and put on again, and it has tight stitching. If you are looking to make an addition to your collection for display purposes only, this is the doll for you. If, like me, you intend to give this toy to someone under 7 years old, be prepared for the cheapest Barbie you have ever seen!

I bought this doll to complete my daughter's Three Musketeers collection. This particular Corinne doll is different from others. Her dress is somwhat different from the picture. She doesn't have a sword and her skirt can't transform into cape. I guess, the description of the toy is not accurate.

I ordered this doll as a birthday present for my daughter's friend. It is not the doll advertised -- the doll mailed to me (packaged and labeled a Barbie Three Muskateer doll) wears a dress different than that shown in the picture. The dress she wears looks much cheaper than that shown in the picture and DOES NOT HAVE THE SKIRT THAT REMOVES AND TURNS INTO A CAPE. IF YOU ORDER THIS DOLL, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE DOLL THAT IS PICTURED/DESCRIBED.
In their defense, Amazon promptly reimbursed me and paid for the return of this doll.
