In Barbie: Treasures in Time, Barbie embarks on an action-packed, time-traveling journey in search of lost treasure. The quest takes players through ancient towns, lagoons, and a shipwreck in an ancient world; lush forests filled with tree houses, secret caves, and a castle in the medieval world; and a theme park with futuristic rides, turbo lifts, and dancing water gardens. Players collect special gems and jeweled crests to open secret passages that can help Barbie find her way home. Using magical objects, players can make Barbie flip, dive, and jump her way around any obstacle in this exciting journey to recover treasures in time.

This will be the first time Barbie has ever appeared on a Nintendo video game console since the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Even though I thought the PSOne demo of Barbie Explorer lacked a video game necessity called "fun", I can't wait to play this one.

Now if only they'd make an African American or Hispanic Barbie video game.

The game keeps getting delayed. Also, Vivendi is undergoing some changes, according to news sources such as GameSpot, so there really is no guarantee that Barbie TiT will ever make it to stores. Too bad, really. I was looking forward to this one.

This (wana be) game was sopose to be released in 1st quarter 2003. But, Nintendo decide to cancel the order and it was never released
