Barbie is the starring princess in her own production of Rapunzel and this Barbie doll is equipped with a few special features to make it a success. Barbie has long golden ringlets (topped with a removable gold crown), including one section which extends to her young prince when you tug on it. To get the hair back to a fashionable length, simply pull the string on her back. She's dressed in a sparkling pink and purple gown with opalescent sleeves, a net front panel overskirt, and lots of gold glitter. My daughter and her friends just love this doll!
Her hair "grows" and her brush plays a pretty melody
when used. Sure to please any little princess!

My Daughter got this doll and all that goes with it for her birthday. She loves it and loves the movie. It is a really beautiful doll!! Make sure you get the movie to go along with the dolls. The movie isn't painful at all for parents.

Let's face it...Barbie is the anti-toy for some. But my kids love Barbie and I am not going to go nuts over the fact that she's supposedly creates some stereotype of the perfect woman. I had Barbies as a kid and I turned out fine. That being said, my kids think this doll is the coolest thing in the entire world. You can probably find it cheaper at Target or some other store, but with the free shipping and the weather getting lousy, I said what the heck. Her hair is REALLY long, but what can you expect from Rapunzel? My kids love to play with it and it has sparked a real interest in them to hear the story read (and not just watch the Barbie tape). If you hate Barbie, you'll really hate this one.
