Do not buy this item from Amazon.
This item ships in 2 boxes. If you order it from amazon, you will find what is quite possibly the nicest 3/5ths of a Christmas tree that money can buy, because they dont ship the second box. They will tell you to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts, who tells you to contact Amazon. They will then tell you to return the item as defective and they will ship you another one. When they ship it to you again, even though you clearly asked them to make sure they shipped BOTH BOXES, they again will only ship a single one. Further calls to customer support will get them to admit that they dont know what they are doing and that if you ask them to ship you another one, they will screw up the order again, and that your best bet is to just ask for your money back and shop elsewhere.
Save the hassle. Save being stuck high and dry by amazon, and if you really want this tree, go buy it somewhere else, because amazon per there own admission has a low odds of shipping this item properly.

Only half a tree came, twice. Issue is not resolved. Not allowed to post all events. Disappointed because I wanted this tree. Half of it looked great, just wish the entire tree would have been sent.

I did not listen to the other reviews and ordered the Barcana 10' tree. I only received box 1 of 2. When I called customer service they told me to wait for the other box. UPS does not ship multiple boxes with the same tracking number so I told them that wasn't going to happen. Disappointing because this seems to be a nice tree. I called Barcana and they said Amazon had not gotten anyone's order correct. If anyone has box 2 of 2 please let me know. I would hate to have to throw this in the trash.
