Barcana 9 Foot Alaskan Christmas Tree with 2000 Multi and Clear and Remote Control

I was delighted when we put up this tree -- really nice! And I absolutely love the ability to put on clear or colored lights (I like to put both on at once). The tree has a lot of prescence. I agree with the other reviewers who said that the cascading light effect looked choppy, but the tree is so nice that I just don't bother using that effect. Comes with a nice remote. Make sure to fluff the branches when you get it. And the tree is kind of huge (ha! ha!), but so nice!

I'm not sure how it could be better. It is big and heavy to move, but that means it doesn't tip or get knocked around by the kids or the cats. The lights work perfectly and they send a lot of extras. My whole family was impressed. I think the 9 ft measurment is before the stand though so be careful of that.

THE TREE IS OF GOOD SIZE AND I LIKE ITS LOOKS. HOWEVER, THE REMOTE ONLY OCCASIONALLY WORKED FROM THE BEGINNING AND WE ALWAYS HAD TO TURN ON THE LIGHTS FROM THE MAIN WALL SWITCH. AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF SMELLING SOMETHING BURNING, WE FINALLY TRACKED IT DOWN TO THE REMOTE BOX OF THE TREE. THE REMOTE BOX WAS ACTUALLY BURNING. I PAID $653.24 + MY REWARDS FOR THIS TREE. I AM RETURNING THIS PRODUCT.

First, this tree is REEEAAAALLY heavy. The tree comes in 5 sections that are supposed to be marked A,B,C,D and E. I had one section that wasn't marked but by process of elimination figured out where it was supposed to go. Unfortunately, once the tree was assembled, unfolded and fluffed up I found that 2 sections were marked C and I had no D section. There were also several branches that were completely broken off and loose from the tree. In addition there is a small section of colored lights on the top of the tree that don't light at all. This tree is now sold out and unavailable so I'm having to keep it up and try to disguise the lopsidedness from having 2 sections the same size. Fortunately, Amazon has great customer service and will let me return the tree for up to 65 days. It's a shame because the tree really is pretty but if it has non-working lights and broken branches right out of the box, I don't think it would stand the test of time. Way too expensive to have these problems.
