This guitar is a great buy. I recieved it very quickly and it was in mint condition. It has a great sound and the amp gives off very good sound also.
The color of the bass guitar is a metallic red, it's beautiful, it has a very polished look. And, to my surprise, it wasn't very heavy.
I am learning to play bass guitar, and I think this is a good one to start with.

Super product - and super company - they worked with me when a problem was discovered to not only make it right but also to make it better - could not ask for more - my grandson is elated with the quality and is learning quickly - thanx so much

Arrived in a few days from vendor. This is a good sounding bass guitar for the price. The amp is adequate for beginers as well.

I bought this bass for praticeing at home. It came in fast but i was a little diappointed when I opened it. the bass is cheaply made and very light wieght. had to make some major adjustments including fixing a bent tuning nob. I does play ok but I would not suggest you buy this if you are a serious player or will be taking it out on gigs. it does play ok for the price though...
I have had the bass for a a little bit and I have put a new set of string on it (Fender Flat Round)and that inproved the sound dramaticly and it feels alot better playing it now too. the strings that came on it are exstremly cheep but a good set a strings made the diffrents. while I had the strings of I also had to tighten up almost every screw on the bass but it plays well know. I would still warn you to spend a little more money and get a better qulity bass.

good starter kit for me a 34 year old beginner. Barcelona full size bass sounds good. the Barcelona amp is good for practicing. its got a clean sound and works well. cant beat it for the price.

They give me even two lines!, no a fancy expensive bass, light weight, but do the job + amp and accessories!

I ordered this item for my 11 year old daughter for christmas, she is just learning to play the bass so for a new learner I was concerend that is was not going to be a good quality item, however I was wrong and received a great bang for my buck. Price was great and customer service was the best!! I will say that although we had a defective part this company it more than willing to work with you with regards to trying to trouble shoot the problem or send a replacement. A first for good customer service for me...

I'm very pleased and happy with this bass guitar! Looks and sounds great! All the accessories are just a plus to a fine instrument ... definately recommend this product

I've loved this bass since the day I received it, on 12/16. it plays very well, yet the amp is not the best in the world. I couldn't believe the quality of it for it's price, I would definitely recommend this bass.

almost two months after receiving this bass, it does not sound as good as when I first got it, and I kept it well maintained. I still recommend it to people who are just starting out. I learned how to play pretty fast, so I'm going to upgrade to a nicer bass.

Amazing sound, and a good deal. Replaced the strings with some Ernie Ball slinky bass strings, mainly for the stronger metal sound, but the strings that come with the bass are great for beginning. Also had an issue with the strap, as it is very flimsy and one of the holes ripped while playing standing up, $10 later I was back to playing the guitar. But the bass is very strong, very well built. I got the green one, and I love the color, it's outrageous. The amp is also very sweet. I was expecting it to be smaller, but it's actually kind of big. 15 watts of pure metal. Very good starter amp. The gig bag is also a good starter bag for this bass.

As far as the actual, entire, Barcelona Beginner set altogether, it's really good for a beginner. With a few tweaks, it only gets better.
