Bare Necessities by Hazel Mills is a diverse, though spare volume of erotic short stories. Her stories run the gamut from same-sex female trysts to two poems, See Me, and Six-to-Nine. Her poetic flow is sensual more than erotic and shows that she has as many skills writing poetry as she does in writing short erotic fiction. An excerpt from Six-to-Nine is quoted below:

The love we made was sweet and pure
Our motions and emotions smooth
Touching, caressing, getting lost in desire
Giving new meaning to the word life

Ms. Mills has done a good job of penning mini-sexual excursions that happen in the lives of everyday people looking for a sensual experience. However, I would have loved for the stories to be a bit longer in length. I recommend Bare Necessities to all readers who enjoy erotica in short story form, laced with a couple of excellent poems.

I finish this book in 3hrs because I couldn't put it down. I really enjoyed the read of each story that Hazel wrote and I love the poems.

This author has talent and I highly recommend this book for all adults.

Bare Necessities is a collection of erotic short stories featuring combination of lesbian and heterosexual encounters. It is the perfect quick read to spice up your night. The stories are short enough to be read to your mate as bedtime stories. I recommend this quick read to erotic readers who enjoy diverse story lines.

Sometimes big things do come in small packages. Hazel Mills kept it bare and this book is definitely a necessity for your sex life, even if it is already off the chain (literally), you can still learn something new! I enjoyed the stories and poetry in Bare Necessities, and have been fortunate enough to hear some of the pieces performed live by Hazel. Look out for this author, she is well on her way.

Hazel Mills book "Bare Necessities: Sensuous Tales of Passion" almost got me in trouble. The book was totally on fire!!! From the jump she is coming at you. She is raw and real. The sex is powerful and intense. She didn't hold anything back with her stories. She also gave you some ideas and things to try. I loved it from the get go. She has her own special style that is good.

I must admit...erotica is not my cup of tea. However, I found myself intrigued in the pages of Bare Necessities: Sensuous Tales of Passion. As a die-hard romance reader I found myself caught up as I read page after page. Ms. Mills did a superb job intertwining elements of erotica and romance to make for a captivating read. Fellow romance lovers...don't be shy! There's something for you between the pages of Bare Necessities!

Bare Necessities is full of pleasant surprises! I wasn't halfway through the book before I found myself fumbling through my purse for my cell phone to contact that special someone for an encounter. Hazel draws you into the story immediately from the start and has your full attention throughout each passionately sensual episode. I experienced quite an erotic awakening, which, coincidently, is one of the "Bare Necessities" in my life. Many kudos to Author Hazel Mills for penning such an exquisite and fiery collection. I look forward with much anticipation to reading future works by Hazel Mills.

In spite of its length (108 pages), "Bare Necessities: Sensuous Tales of Passion" delivers some tasty treats. The result is a provocative collection of entertaining and satisfying stories. Each tale captures its own flavor of passion. It wisely gives readers just enough. Enough that I look forward to Mills' first full-length novel derived from two characters in this compilation. Kudos to Hazel Mills as she has done a wonderful job. Though I enjoyed them all, I must say `See Me' and `Tiramisu' were my favorites.

Hazel Mills has compiled a collection of short stories and beautiful poetry that flowed from her pen to your G-spot!

From the first story to the last, I enjoyed every piece in this collection. It's hard to name favorites as each piece was so well written. I read the last story, VIBES, first and it really convinced me to read every sexy, stimulating piece. And I absolutely love the poems, SEE ME and SIX TO NINE.

I recommend this book and I anxiously await more from this new voice in erotica. Well done, Hazel Mills! Well done!
