I was getting sick of trying to drill holes in concrete with my hammer drill, if you hit a stone it took forever and it would get pretty hot if you had to drill a lot of holes. Well this tool works great, in no time, no matter what kind of concrete you are drilling, it just bores right down. It even does a pretty good job drilling in granite. I would highly recommend this product if you drill a lot of holes in stone.

Don't get me wrong Makita is great. I own many Makita cordless power tools. This Hammer drill the battery is not completely solid it wiggles seperate from the unit. I could have got a defected unit.
