Bare: The Once-Pop-Opera-Now-Musical,
By Garmon S. Hill "GiantSlayer1745" (Kentucky, USA) - See all my reviews

This is a fantastic show! Although there are minor changes from the original production (and the vocal talent of the recording cast could be challenged by the original cast), the album is amazing, overall. If you missed this Off-Broadway piece of genius, here's a second chance to experience the "bare" lives of five Catholic high school students.

Fell in love with the original cast,
This review is from: Bare the Album - Act 1 (MP3 Download)
Yeah, this is a good album, but it doesn't hold a candle to the original performers. I still have the sampler from when it was first starting its runs with Michael Arden and John Hill, and sorry to this cast, but there is no way there is as much emotion or passion as I heard in that sampler. Plus I'm just a huge fan of Michael Arden. Do yourself a favor and find that cast recording. It's not the entire thing but it's amazingly good. I'll stick to that and my bootleg recording. Arden and Hill's version of the song Bare is one of my favorite things to listen to.
