i bought the book several months before i attended to the barefoot shiatsu workshop and i must admit it became clear to read just after a i got the workshop done.
So i would recommend it as a support to refresh your memory about barefoot shiatsu workshop however it can be a good combination to buy it with the Shizuko Yamamoto's video (then everything becomes really clear). |
