Pinch Me is a fun song, but is already available on Maroon. The prize on this disc are the other two songs, most of all Born Human. Kevin Hearn has his turn to shine on this one. Inline Bowline is also a great track sung by Jim Creeggan. Both are highly recommended listening.

This is a great CD single from the always good-humored Barenaked Ladies, who never cease to entertain me and normally make me laugh in the process. The real stars of this CD are the two versions of "Pinch Me" (the radio edit is about a minute shorter), but "Born Human" is also an intense yet humorous number featuring very peculiar melody lines and instrument use. My least favorite of the four songs is the quirky homage to nautical knot tying, "Inline Bowline" ("It's the handiest knot...") which is fine, but is filler to my thinking, although it is unique to pop music as the only song that I am aware that actually explains how to tie a knot. Funny, but odd.

I like this CD, and recommend it for anyone who wants a bit of good-natured, upbeat music. This is one of the few CD singles actually worth the money.
