Barilla has introduced a new line of Gluten Free pasta to help anyone living a Gluten Free lifestyle enjoy pasta once again. Barilla now offers convenient, versatile and delicious solutions for those who maintain a Gluten Free diet, ensuring that it is readily available on Amazon. Made with non-GMO corn and rice, the four pasta varieties (Gluten Free Spaghetti, Gluten Free Penne, Gluten Free Rotini and Gluten Free Elbows) offers home cooks the delicious taste and texture they have come to expect from Barilla.
Try Barilla's Gluten Free Elbows pasta! Elbows, “Gomiti” or “Chifferi” in Italian, are named for their twisted, cylindrical shape that can vary in size. Pasta Elbows originate from Northern and Central Italy, where they are traditionally used in soups.
Barilla Elbows are ridged with an extra twist, giving it a more sophisticated texture that helps hold the sauce. You can take this pasta beyond the expected in any number of traditional Italian meals, including baked pasta dishes, or tossed with vegetable or cheese sauces.
